NVIZ load 3D settings (3d.view) issues

As 3d settings (3d.view) loading crash is fixed in current svn-trunk, here is a list of things, that are not yet solved:

• height is not set to 3d.view file value (see more here #45);
  
• MESH_FREQ, POLY_RES are ignored;
  
• Light related param's are ignored;
  
• Loading doesn't use GRASS standart select 3d.view dialog. Same goes for save 3d settings.
  

Probably I have missed some more issue.
