https://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/ms-windows/

Two download links for GRASS GIS 7.9 (development, daily builds) are still grass77. These need to be updated to ​https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass79/x86/ and ​https://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass79/x86_64/.

I couldn't find where I can update these myself (PR or not). Is the website not on GitHub?

Good catch, I have fixed it in the CMS.

I couldn't find where I can update these myself (PR or not). Is the website not on GitHub?

Not yet, the new Website is forthcoming (see ​https://github.com/OSGeo/grass-website), still the content needs to be transferred....
