Description

since a few days, GDAL 2.4.0 is available in OSGeo4W:

gdalinfo --version
GDAL 2.4.0, released 2018/12/14

winGRASS build environment should be upgraded to GDAL 2.4.0.

source is already updated accordingly: r73833 r73834

be aware that also building environment must be updated (working on that)
