Replace "MSWindows XX" platforms with plain "MSWindows"

Description

At the moment Trac offers only one type of Linux, but six(!) types of Windows. It makes hard to track Windows related bugs as most of them are not related to a specific Windows version but to Windows quirks in general (or quirks of particular installation). Thus Trac would benefit if only two Windows versions would be left "Windows" and "Windows Cygwin"(does anyone still use this?). Existing tickets should be edited automaticly (SQL, baby!).
