d.vect.thematic - newer enhanced version

I have fulfilled my previous wish request...I now have a version of d.vect.thematic that can create custom colors for custom breaks and also write map and legend to png file when no monitors are chosen....pls. test - worked fine but I would have exhausted the possibilities. Hope this is of some use to some people. Thanks.

The contribution was done with an older version of the script. I have updated it to current state and re-submitted as patch (not full script). Requires testing.

Could the perl usage be rewritten to awk?

Please also have a look at the new d.thematic.area (included since 6.4), which responds to all of these requests (I think) and should be faster than d.vect.thematic.

Obviously (cough, cough), d.thematic.lines/points still need to be written (I have started, but have not been able to find a free time period long enough for me to work on them with my limited C-skills).
