Description
I spend (a lot of) time skimming through the GRASS GIS 7 Programmer's Manual. The current green font is, in my humble eyes' view, a poor choice.
Last change (done was https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/changeset/61940) in trying to keep the profile (logo color) is good. Making the manual (text color) easy to read is another subject.
A suggested color palette http://paletton.com/palette.php?uid=52P0u0kw0mAnBu3tYrDDDifN1cP based on GRASS-GIS' official color (in HTML notation: #009000).
Please, have a look in the examples (click on the palette, click on Examples (bottom) and see White and Dark versions -- I would opt for the Dark one).

Sounds good. It does not have to be exact color from the logo. If it has good contrast is more important. Please submit a patch.
