Add any image from a file to a map display

Description

User should be able to show a PNG, JPG or SVG image in the Map Display (as in the g.gui.animation). Use cases are:

  • logo/watermark
  • overview/inset maps
  • custom north arrows

This can be implement in wxPython only but it would be good to have also a d. command version of this (a separate module or an addition to G7:d.graph).
