g.gui.gmodeler - indexation does not change after adding/deleting model components

It seems that indexation of model components does not adapt correctly. When some items are deleted, nothing happens for indexes.

But for example when I add another component and in "Items" dialog I use Up button to set it as the first component, all indexes are then updated.
