Error in the example of r.lake

The r.lake example is referencing a map that does not exist in the North Caroline dataset. More specifically the line in question is:

d.vect bldg_cmcl_pol type=area

Additionally, the d.rast call should be updated to grass7 format, i.e. the "-o" option must be removed from

d.rast -o flooding
