some commands dialogs have their name crippled

Description

Some commands dialogs have their titles crippled. For example in i.group wxGUI dialog the name is "i.grou" (mssing "p"), for i.rectify it's "i.rectif". See a screendump for the latter case.

Oh, and i.attcor is missing from the Imagery menu.

Fixed in devbr6 (r33191) and trunk (r33192).
