Description

I'm aware of the dangers of parameter inflation in d.vect, but nevertheless:

There are the xref and yref parameters for justification of labels. It would be great to have such parameters for the positioning of icons/symbols as well, i.e. if you display a circle at a given point, being able to decide whether the circle is placed centered on the point, or with the point as the bottom or top, left or right anchor point.
