r.sun.hourly: add flag for aggregating a series of output files

• sum up the daily/monthly/annual radiation (kWh/m^{2 )}
• average sunlight duration per day during a month, etc. (h/d)

That sounds like more related to r.sun.daily, it's doing already the first point if I understood the request correctly. It might be enough to add an option to r.sun.daily to export also insolation time series, but to keep it consistent with the other options, it should compute the cumulative, not the average. The average could be easily computed separately by r.series. So this should be pretty simple to implement.
