GRASS changes for OSGeo4W 64bit

Description

I added the following change to make GRASS work on OSGeo4W 64bit. The libpng is there is build with MSVC and therefore does share the same stdio, it has GDAL 1.10 and apparently 64bit Windows doesn't use special symbol exports in DLLs anymore (GDAL is also build with MSVC).

Patch applied in trunk (r58120) and devbr6 branch (r58119). Before applying it in relbr64 branch we should do some testing, please try the next grass65-dev OSGeo4W package.
