v.rast.stats referring to deprecated function

Description
v.rast.stats currently does not work as the cored refers to the deprecated function r.cats (line 157). Should be changed to r.category

Already fixed in devbr6 and trunk; see trac bug #161.
AFAIK this was only a problem in an older Windows build where the shell script wrappers that provided backwards compatibility with the old module name were missing.
work-around: edit the script to use the new name.
