The manual is fixed and available again.
As a bonus MartinL and me fixed the links to the vector C functions which were wrongly linked to Python.

After update to Debian Squeeze all GRASS building cronjobs are broken (located in my HOME/cronjobs/ on that machine). Will try to fix that asap.
