Using wxpython gui in GRASS native on Windows and wanting to add a north arrow.

Handling decorations has been fixed in 6.4, r30878. Seems to work also under MS Windows (tested with fresh develbranch_6).
I am not planning to backport it to releasebranch_6_3 (since the changes in the source code are quite complex), so close this ticket?
