I've reported it to the maintainer emails we have on file, cc:'ed to GRASS-web list.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Fixed now. The URL is no longer going to be grass.ibiblio.org, it will be ​http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/grass/ instead. For the first three months, the old URL will redirect to the new one. The mirrors list has been updated on our web site.
