"Silk" error on display wxGUI manager

Description

Using todays (23/2/2011) svn I find that when I click on the vector, raster HST icons on the wxPython display manager the modeller appears. However if a change the theme from silk to grass2 the problem disappears.

Silk and old grass icon set has been removed from trunk in r45455-7, r45463. These icon set have been not maintained, many icons were missing, see ​http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/grass-dev/2011-February/053471.html. So I have removed these icon sets and renamed grass2 to grass. Closing this ticket as wontfix.
