Description
Installed grass binaries ver 6.4.0RC6 using cywgin installer on Windows XP. Also, installed Tck/Tcl and OSGeo4. Followed instructions on... http://grass.osgeo.org/grass64/binary/mswindows/cygwin/
g.proj and g.region fail giving this error: "GRASS 6.4.0RC6 (gisdemo_ncspm):~ > g.proj -p /usr/local/grass-6.4.0RC6/bin/g.proj.exe: error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
