The test added in ConvexHullTest.xml doesn't trigger robustness issues in GEOS, I wonder if the modification in JTS were due to different CGAlgorithms results (orientation index...)

In r3444 I've ported nonetheless the changes in ConvexHull, will not backport w/out a test being able to replicate the robustness issue.
