Description

When editing a trac ticket, version 3.8.1 is missing from the pick list for "Version".

It would be nice to future-proof this picker, and also the same for "Milestone". Perhaps allow arbitrary typing, with a background check on strange entries.

Added missing versions 3.8.1, 3.7.1, 3.7.2, 3.7.3 Added missing milestone: 3.7.3

These are added manually as part of release process. I've reviewed the HOWTO_RELEASE document in master accordingly.
