Description
More platform dependent than I thought. The ASM code is intel/amd only. https://www.ttmath.org/faq The noASM code seems to have some endian assumptions. At least, we cannot pass regression on IBMPower (big endian).

Replaced with DD in master, leaving as is on 3.8 until someone has a problem.
