Can't import JIRA tickets :-( — at Initial Version

We've got a history of tickets that used to be collected on JIRA. We tried importing using :
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/JiraToTracIntegration
http://trac.edgewall.org/attachment/wiki/TracImport/jira2trac.rb
to no avail.
NOTE : the tickets were in French, so that may have caused issues with importers. Anyhow, the XML file attached is a cleaned JIRA dump XML file containing all tickets related to GeoPrisma before we switched to this Trac instance.
TICKETS THAT WILL BE MANUALLY MERGED FROM JIRA are those with status in (1,3,4), that is "open", "In Progess" or "Reopened"
