In order to start with new achitecture concepts, it has been decided to create a separate webapp for the ebXML interface. This webapp is not integrated in the GN installer. The webapp can be additionally installed. 


Related open issues: 
 * How will the security of this webapp integrate with the existing security?
 * What about creating a lot of Maven projecs? A Maven project could be created for the webapp. Next for each layer in the application a Maven java project could be created.
