    66 ** I tried to create this project but there is this error:  A cycle was detected in the build path of project 'geonetwork-testutil-ebxml'. Apperently Maven not let you do this and in a way it is correct: no bidirectional dependencies you foolish software engineers! Does everyone agree that we don't have this project and that we duplicate those utils? Or we put them in the main of geonetwork-domain-ebxml?
