Define a webcrawler which is able to grab information from webservices (e.g. WxS) available on the Internet and produce a draft metadata to be able to simplify metadata editing for webservices.

Input parameter : URL of the service for which to create metadata
Ouput parameter : ISO19119 metadata xml file to be load into GeoNetwork
