Layer Tools Not Works

At 2.6.1 layer tools do not seem to be working. They worked fine in 2.6RC1 (I kept earlier version). To replicate.

1. Open Geomoose
2. Click Layer Tools (Add Line or others)
3. Try to use it and nothing happens.

4. Click Pan
5. Click Layer Tools (Add Polygon or others)
6. Use Mouse - Pan is still working

Problems seem to be fixed. I tested in both Chrome and IE8. Only issues was addressed by Dan in a discussion email. To look at this issue better:

1. Use the Layer Tools to add a feature (polygon)
2. Click edit feature (change a vertex of the polygon) - it all works fine
3. Click identify and identify a feature
4. Go back to layers tools and click edit feature
5. If you miss the feature to edit the identify function remains in effect and results tab displays.

I am OK with this and do not have a problem with it. As suggested making a results tab for layer tools would be fine for me. That way you could toggle back and forth between identify and a layer tool action. The attributes of the selected feature could display in this tab and updates could be done.

This approach would make its behavior similar to the measure line and area.
