Maintenance Contract: Chaitanya Kumar CH
Motion: Frank Warmerdam is authorized to negotiate a paid maintainer contract with Chaitanya Kumar CH for up to $5200 USD at $13USD/hr over five months, and would be acting as supervisor, operating under the terms of RFC 9 (GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines).
Passed on April 2nd, 2012 with support from Frank, Howard, Even, Daniel and Tamas.
Authorize Islandwood Funding for Brian Case
Motion: The GDAL PSC authorizes funding up to US$525 to pay entrance fees to the Islandwood Code Sprint for Brian Case.
Passed on January 3rd, 2012 with support from Tamas, Even, Frank, Daniel and Howard.

Maintenance Contract: Chaitanya Kumar CH
Motion: Frank Warmerdam is authorized to negotiate a paid maintainer contract with Chaitanya Kumar CH for up to $9360 USD at $13USD/hr over six months, and would be acting as supervisor, operating under the terms of RFC 9 (GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines).
The motion was passed o January 18th with support from EvenR(+1), HowardB(+1) and FrankW(+1).

Extend Maintenance Contract with Chaitanya Kumar CH
Motion: Extend Chaitanya's maintenance contract to December 31st.
The motion was passed September 29th with support from EvenR(+1), DanielM(+1), TamasS(+1), HowardB(+1) and FrankW(+1).
Maintenance Contract: Chaitanya Kumar CH
Motion: The GDAL PSC authorizes Frank Warmerdam to negotiate a contract for GDAL maintenance services for 500 hours over 5 months at $12USD/hr for a maximum of $6000USD with Chaitanya Kumar CH. The work will be done pursuant to the terms described in RFC 9: GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines with Frank Warmerdam acting as supervisor for the maintainer.
Motion passed April 2nd with votes from FrankW(+1), HowardB(+1), TamasS(+1), DanielM(+1), and EvenR(+1).
Toronto Code Sprint
Motion: Authorize $500 Sponsorship of the Toronto Code Sprint.

Maintenance Contract: Chris Howell
Motion: To authorize Frank Warmerdam to negotiate a maintainer contract with Chris Howell for March to May for up to 17 hours at $17.60 USD/hr. The contract would be in accordance with RFC 9: GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines with Frank as designated supervisor.

Maintenance Contract: Mateusz Loskot
Motion: To authorize Frank Warmerdam to negotiate a maintainer contract with Mateusz Loskot for March to August 2008 for up to 960 hours at $19USD/hr. The contract would be in accordance with RFC 9: GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines.

Even Rouault Joins PSC
Motion: To add Even Rouault to the GDAL PSC.

SFCOM OLEDB Spiked
Motion: To move gdal/ogr/sfcom_oledb and and the OLEDB client files in gdal/ogr (sfc*.cpp/h, etc) into an ole_db area on /spike.

Maintenance Contract
Motion: To authorize Frank Warmerdam to negotiate a maintainer contract with Mateusz Loskot for September to December for up to 600 hours at $17USD/hr plus up to $2500USD for travel related expenses for Mateusz to attend FOSS4G. The contract would be in accordance with RFC 9: GDAL Paid Maintainer Guidelines.

Trac Migration
Motion: To migrate the GDAL project from bugzilla hosted at remotesensing.org to Trac hosted at trac.osgeo.org/gdal, with Howard Butler performing the translation.

Six Month Maintance Contract with Mateusz Loskot
Motion: The GDAL PSC authorizes Frank Warmerdam to negotiate a contract with Mateusz Loskot for 600 hours of GDAL maintenance over six months for $9000.00 USD. The maintenance work will be governed by RFC 9 with an added focus on resolving GDAL provenance issues in order to graduate OSGeo incubation. Frank Warmerdam is designated as supervisor (per RFC 9).

- To create a gdal-commits@… mailing list which will be used for SVN commit messages once the SVN transition is complete.
