MapTiler is a graphical user interface for GDAL2Tiles utility with extended functionality. It generates several forms of tiles from georeferenced raster maps, either Spherical Mercator (a la Google Maps) or geodetic (a la OpenLayers base map, Google Earth) or tiles based on the image.
