Unable to decode a jp2 file via kakadu library

I try to decode the following jp2 file with gdal and kakadu libraries :
http://www.geotorrent.org/details.php?id=40

Here are the error message that I receive in my program :
ERROR 1: Kakadu Error:
Expected to find EPH marker following packet header.  Found 0xe85f instead.
ERROR 1: IReadBlock failed at X offset 74, Y offset 42

(problem appears on linux and windows)

File no longer available and the error seems to come from kakadu itself. Closing
