    1 I've tested some more versions of the installaion from GISinternals
    2 when used the installation that was compiled with VS2010, I get the errors.
    3 when used the installation that was complied with VS2013 - no errors!
    4 what can be the problem?
    5 older versions worked fine also when compiled with VS2010
