Description
Actually, when combining RASTER_TABLE and APPEND_SUBDATASET create options on an existing Geopackage file which already containing the submitted table name, the process fails because it try to create a new table whereas a table with this name already exists.
It will be interesting if we can just extend the data of an existing tile table.
