No documentation for KMLSUPEROVERVIEW driver — at Initial Version

Description
The KMLSUPEROVERVIEW raster driver is compiled by default and it is listed on the driver catalog page http://gdal.org/formats_list.html but there does not seem to be any documentation about usage and supported parameters. The best I could find is the "<CreationOptionList>" block in the source file
