Description
The lookup table should contain:
{ 6283, 116, "GDA94", 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0}, { 6283, 116, "Geocentric_Datum_of_Australia_1994", 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0},
This is already added in trunk but not in the stable branch
