Description
I would like to submit an OGR driver for SAP SQL Anywhere. This driver was developed in-house at SAP, and I have the approval of my employer (SAP) to contribute it to the GDAL/OGR project under the project's MIT/X-style license.
The submission contains three files copied from the SQL Anywhere SDK and licensed under Apache Licence v2.0 (an appropriate note has been added to LICENSES.TXT). These files permit the SQLAnywhere driver to be compiled without needing to install the SQL Anywhere SDK.

Situation is probably still the same as when GDAL 1.11.0 RC1 was released and Even wrote:

This ticket has been automatically closed because Trac is no longer used for GDAL bug tracking, since the project has migrated to GitHub. If you believe this ticket is still valid, you may file it to https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/issues if it is not already reported there.
Patch containing SQLAnywhere OGR driver. Includes interface files needed to connect to SQL Anywhere.
