OGR2OGR Can Not Login in to SQL Server 2014

Description
We have been successful outputting Shape files from SQL Server 2012 geometry files. We recently upgraded to SQL 2014 and now can no longer connect to the database. Do you know of any work a rounds, or when and if OGR2OGR may have an updated driver that can connect to SQL Server 2014.
