gdalwarp copies statistics metada, this may result in incorrect statistics

Description

By default gdalwarp copies all band-level metadata, including statistics (in STATISTICS_* metadata items). This is incorrect as it copies statistics from the source dataset(s) which are usually not the same in the destination dataset.
