Description
While testing SL 4.0 and ogr2ogr I've detected a very trivial bug (simply a mismatching constant value).
Anyway this forbids at all accessing/exporting any geometry table of XYZM dimensions.
please see the attached patch.

Thanks. There was also another copy&paste problem with XYM where a 2.5D flag was set.
