No support for ArcObjects in configure.in

Description
The configure script currently checked in (22535) is not doing substitutions for a couple of autoconf symbols. After running autoconf on configure.in, the FGDB symbols are correctly handled, but the arcobjects ones remain exposed in the final GDALmake.opt file.

Closing that ticket. It doesn't seem the ArcObjects driver brings much interest lately...

CC'ing Ragi Yaser Burhum as he's the commiter of this driver, but I think there has never been any configure.in support for ArcObjects (from r21273), so to be pedantic configure script is up-to-date ;-) That's just configure.in that would need some love. I suppose that right now, you're supposed to hand-edit GDALmake.opt after configure stage.
