Description
No implementation is found for GetSpatialRef for DGN and DXF drivers. Hence coordinate system and/or projection system for input DGN/ DXF files can not be read. Is there any method by which we can read the coordinate and/or projection system for input DGN/ DXF files ?

I am not aware of an approach to representing coordinate systems in either dgn or dxf. So there really isn't much that could be done.
