Description
The old PCIDSK driver supported use of the world file for georeferencing, but the new PCIDSK SDK based driver does not.

I have incorporated support for reading world files in the case that there is no meaningful georeferencing in the PCIDSK file with the new driver in trunk (r19485) and 1.6-esri (r19486).
