Description
Are Microstation V8 or XM dgn files supported? OGR reports an unsupported file type.

At this time there is no support for Microstation V8 files in GDAL/OGR.
The only anywhere-near-free solution I'm aware of is the DGNdirect libraries from the Open Design Alliance.
