Gao,

I have implemented support for reading and evaluating 3rd order XFORMs in trunk (r15912). Is it practical for you to do any testing of this before I port it back into the 1.6 branch or would it be easier if I just did that now?

Change ported into 1.6 branch (r15913).

Once tested, let me know and I can take this back to the 1.5 branch as well if desired.

I have ported this change back to 1.5 branch (r15923).

It should appear in GDAL 1.6.1, and 1.5.4.
