Description
gdal/data/NTS-50kindex.csv: Provided by Matt Wilkie, derived from NRCan dataset, rights unclear.
Get clarification from Matt if possible.
This file is only used by the DTED driver for some optional behavior, so it could be omitted if necessary.

Even has pointed out that this file isn't actually in the source tree. I think it is only distributed as part of FWTools currently.
