Description

A simple script to set a Windows CMD shell environment for the GDAL Utilities It will also work from removable media (e.g. a USB thumbdrive or cdrom)

Designed to be packaged with the win32 gdal binary package in the root directory (beside the readme_ext.txt).

I tested this script and it works very well. I like it. It's as a helpful utility for Windows users.

OSGeo4W is setting environment with OSGeo4W.bat. I believe that it fulfills and give more to the aim of this ticket "Designed to be packaged with the win32 gdal binary package in the root directory". Waiting for someone to confirm before closing.
