    1 The personal geodatabase cademonti.mdb contains geometries that are type "19" which is not recognised by the personal geodatabase driver.  This might be a mixed geometry type of lines and polygons or something like that.

    29 The database can be found in ~/data/esri/personalgeodatabase/flavio on Frank's home system, but the database is proprietary data and cannot be publically disclosed.  The personal geodatabase was (I believe) actually created with fme so it might be possible to create test datasets that are public with FME in a pinch.
