#153 closed defect (wontfix)

CTRL-C while running make clean deletes "core" directory

Description

Frank,

if one interrupts "make clean", the "core" directory is deleted and
subsequently your installation destroyed. Is there a possibility to
rename "core" directory? CVS allows to move the development history
internally (.v files).

When the "core" directory was accidentally deleted,
"make" as well as "make clean" loop forever.

Best regards

 Markus

This is a know quirk about which I don't plan to do anything for the time
being.
