== URL Parameters ==

The following parameters are accepted in the URL query string:

 * mapid: the id of a MapGroup object in the ApplicationDefinition file to be loaded at run-time
 * theme: full path to the map resource - a MapDefinition file in MapGuide case (e.g. Library://Samples/Sheboygan/Maps/Sheboygan.MapDefinition) or the full path to the MapServer mapfile (e.g. /ms4w/apps/gmap/htdocs/gmap75.map)
 * Session: the session identifier if required
 * extent: comma separated values for the initial extent of the map as minx,miny,maxx,maxy
 * ApplicationDefinition: URL to an alternate ApplicationDefinition file instead of the default one.  In the case of MapGuide, this can also be a Library or Session resource.

(MapGuide only)
 * showlayers, hidelayers: comma separated list of layer names to show/hide
 * showgroups, hidegroups: comma separated list of group names to show/hide
