    11Update the name mapper file 'NameMapper.csv' with missing Oracle entries. To compare the latest Oracle version 12.1 is used. The entries in the name mapper are used to map a flavored WKT to the related CsMap system. In case of an Oracle WKT the entries for Oracle are needed to make a mapping without using any fallback.
