Description
1. Create new PostGIS connection
2. Enter connection name and wrong (not existing) host (e.g. unreal.site)
3. Press button "Test Connect"
In Russian locale we have unreadable error message (see screenshot). Discussion in Russian at http://gis-lab.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=4347
